(National Times)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra to welcome conductor Olivier Ochanine, French nationality and artist harp Matsumoto Aya from Japan performing “Subscription Concert Vol. 95”.

Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP dated October 05, 2012 of the Government on art performances, fashion shows, model contests and beauty contests; the circulation and trade of audio and video recordings of art performances; Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Decision No. 2222/QD-BVHTTDL dated June 24, 2016 on operating regulations for foreign of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourisml; and at the proposal of Director of International Cooperation Department and Director of Performing Arts Department and Director of the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra.

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra to welcome conductor Olivier Ochanine, French nationality and artist harp Matsumoto Aya from Japan performing “Subscription Concert Vol. 95”  from October 26-27, 2016 at Hanoi Opera House.
